Our Driven Roller Conveyor is engineered for robust and efficient material handling. It features 50mm and 60mm diameter rollers, with standard pitch options of 88.5mm, 126.5mm, and 152mm, and customizable pitches available upon request. The conveyor utilizes a reliable loop chain drive system with both underslung and overslung drive configurations. Built with 5mm heavy-duty side frames and 3mm covers, it ensures durability and long-lasting performance. The system includes heavy-duty adjustable legs and can support a maximum load of 300kg per roller for widths up to 1300mm, and 160kg per roller for widths between 1300mm and 1600mm. With a minimum top-of-roller height of 90mm, this conveyor is adaptable to various installation environments, making it an ideal choice for diverse industrial applications.
