Line Shaft Roller Conveyor

Our Line Shaft Roller Conveyor is a traditional and reliable solution for a variety of material handling needs. It features a 25mm lay shaft, plastic drive spools, and 3/16” PU drive bands, ensuring smooth and efficient operation. The 50mm diameter rollers are zinc-plated (BZP) for added durability, and they are mounted on 11mm sprung loaded hex shafts for easy maintenance and longevity. We offer various roller pitches, including 60mm, 75mm, and 100mm, to accommodate different load sizes and applications. The conveyor's structure includes mild steel formed ‘C’ channel sides with plastic infill covers, providing both strength and safety. Each spool can drive up to 8kg with standard bands, and up to 12kg with heavy-duty drive bands, making this conveyor an adaptable and robust choice for your conveying needs.
