Pallet Roller Conveyor

Our Pallet Roller Conveyor system is engineered for robust performance and versatile applications. Featuring 80mm diameter rollers, it offers standard pitches of 103mm, 150.5mm, and 182mm, with customizable options available on request. The conveyor utilizes a reliable loop chain drive system and supports multiple drive configurations, including underslung, overslung, and direct-mounted drives. Equipped with powerful motors, it can handle loads up to 3000kg with a 0.55kW motor and up to 4500kg with a 0.75kW motor. The system is built with 5mm heavy-duty side frames and 3mm covers, ensuring durability and strength, while heavy-duty adjustable legs provide stability. Each roller can support a maximum load of 500kg for widths up to 1300mm, and 360kg for widths between 1300mm and 1600mm. The minimum top-of-roller height is 110mm, making it adaptable for various installation environments.
